A man known online as Yaytseslav has become a trending topic across Ghana’s digital platforms following the emergence of controversial videos showing his encounters with Ghanaian women. The clips began circulating widely on Thursday, February 12, 2026, triggering heated discussions about privacy and consent.
The individual, who identifies himself as a Russian national, is reportedly often seen around the Accra Mall area, where he approaches shoppers and passersby, initiates conversations, and records the interactions.
According to online reports, the footage is later posted on social media, raising growing concerns among users about whether the women involved were fully aware their interactions would be shared publicly.
In several of the circulating videos, Yaytseslav appears to quickly build rapport with some of the women before inviting them to accompany him to his hotel room. This recurring pattern has alarmed many social media users, who question the ethics of filming and publishing such encounters.
One clip in particular has sparked widespread condemnation. The video allegedly involves a female hotel receptionist, intensifying public criticism and fueling calls for greater accountability regarding consent and digital privacy.
